Wrap Dress from the Zara Sale

So the other day, I randomly checked my PayPal balance (expecting to see a big fat 0) and to my pleasant surprise, I had a lovely £12.00 just sitting there, waiting to be used. I picked up this gorge dusty pink wrap dress from the Zara sale, which actually has some amazing items right now that I did not expect to see there! I bagged it for only £9.99 - not only a great bargain, but it's also my birthday in a few days, so I justified it as a well deserved pressie from me to me :)

It is so so comfortable and soft, and I really love the nudey pink colour, especially the fact that it's kinda speckled, which gives it a lovely effect. I don't think I've ever owned a wrap dress either - but they're gorgeous, and super flattering to absolutely any body shape, especially if you're larger on the hip and bum area like I am. The low neckline and wrap detail on the bust enhances this area nicely, and I just find them generally so elegant and easy to dress down or up! Perfect :)

On another note, my hair is ridiculously long and verging on out-of-control-level, so I've been trying new hairstyles to keep it neat and tame. I've never been particularly great at doing my hair :( but an Asos tutorial popped up on my YouTube dashboard, and I tried it out - this being the result! Not badddd I guess; and I think it goes really nicely with the dress.

(Stole this photo off another post I did recently, because I forgot to take a photo of them this time round, but these are the sandals I wore with my outfit)

I tried to pair the dress with both a chunky black button-less knit cardigan, and a lighter nude cardigan. I'm not really sure which one I prefer! I guess they both work well, depending on the accessories you choose to wear!

Check out the Zara sale HERE. They have some great pieces up for grabs!

Styling KNOTS LONDON Outfits

So if you guys read my last post, you'll have seen that I was raving slightly about this new brand I discovered called Knots London! Brimming with a plethora of great and affordable pieces, I couldn't wait to put a few outfits together! There are so many options and styling possibilities, but this is how I'd personally style some of the items on myself. [Oh! I also added a couple of different pairs of heels in there for more finished looks. Both of these are from Aldo!]

I literally ADORE this outfit! If you're into the all-white trend that's saturating the high-street recently, this is for you, not only 'cause it's bang on trend, but also because there are so many opportunities to make it your own and stand out from the crowd! I decided to shake it up a bit with a pop of colour from the pastel coat and holographic clutch - such a beautiful contrast, I think! Also, I always watch out for details on anything I wear. For instance, the gorgeous embellishments on the dress give you room to match shoes & accessories, and do something you normally wouldn't do, which is why I went for these amazing lace-up heels from Aldo.

White Sleeveless Embellished Mini Dress - £35.00
Mint Green Coat - £48.00
Holographic Clutch - £25.00

I love this slightly more casual look! So many of my outfits tend to be all black, with a simple pop of colour! And what better pop of colour than a metallic one?! Such a great combination, and I'm literally in love with that fringed gilet! The best bit is that you can dress it up with a pair of heels, or give it more of a sporty feel with a pair of sliders or mules.

Sheer Gold Vest - £15.00
Monochrome Longsleeve Top - £30.00
Leather Look Mini Skirt - £25.00
Large PU Black Handbag - £32.00

Finally, for a feminine chic look, I kept it monochrome, pairing this gorgeous top with the pencil skirt, and accessorising with the beautiful silver necklace and holographic clutch. Again, it's so easy for an outfit like this to be either dressed down or up, depending on what you need. For a dressed down look, I'd wear some cute sandals and throw on a chunky knit cardigan, but for a more glam look, I think I'd probably team it up with a pretty blazer and those strappy heels!

Black Mini Skirt - £25.00
Holographic Clutch - £25.00

I hope you liked those looks! Like I said above, there are sooo many styling possibilities, and I especially love how you can make one look more formal, the next slightly feminine and effortless chic, and another one slightly sporty! This brand covers it all!

I can't wait to get my hands on a few pieces soon!
